True empowerment starts and ends with feeling empowered, which means helping people build knowledge and instill confidence in themselves to find their courage and voice to speak up against injustices.
By providing education in the issues and support in their fights, we provide workers with tangible tools to succeed and encourage them to step up as leaders in the movement, giving themselves and others a voice.
Through engagement in their union, their workplace, their community, and the movement, workers are empowered to have a voice in who represents them and in the issues they prioritize.
